Sucker Punch is AWESOME !!!

Kok banyak yg gak suka ya sama ni film terbaru Zack Snyder (Dawn of The Dead, 300, Watchmen)? Pdhal kan KEREN banget!!! Ini ada review yg pas bener sama apa yang saya rasakan terhadap film ini.
Written like a comic book, shot like a video game plus a blistering soundtrack “Sucker Punch” may be Hollywood’s ultimate “fanboy” flick.
The story, centers on Baby Doll (a pursed-lipped Emily Browning), who is institutionalized by her wicked stepfather and hatches a plan to free her fellow patients as well as her active imagination. There are a few star turns here, including Jon Hamm and Carla Gugino as mysterious doctors.But the bulk of the movie rests on the lithe backs of Browning, Abbie Cornish and Jena Malone.
A self-proclaimed nerd, Zack Snyder has clearly let his geek flag fly. The script is divided into four parts and larded with video game missions, such as finding crystals from a serpent’s neck to create a magical fire. “Sucker Punch” looks a lot like his historical action hit “300,” and has about as much depth. The good guys are pure as driven snow, the villains as dark as slush. Still, the action sequences, scored by a blistering techno soundtrack, are top-notch and prevalent.
The secret to watching “Sucker Punch,” like most of Snyder’s films, is to stop looking for reason. “Sucker Punch” is more interested in explosions than exposition. As popcorn action, the film has some effective sequences, especially when our heroes get down to swordplay. And in the end, Snyder may have unwittingly created a movie to discuss. Are his scantily clad protagonists the ultimate in film feminism, or the embodiment of nerd sexism?

Washed Out “Within and Without”

Lagi dengerin albumnya Washed Out neh. Judul albumnya Within and Without. Chillwave2 asoy gitu deh. Albumnya cocok didengerin kapan aja. Pagi, siang, sore, malam. Adem bawaannya.
Washed Out tu cuma one man band. Nama panggungnya musisi kamar asal Georgia, Amrik, bernama Ernest Greene. Rilis2 beberapa EP, ngetop di myspace, hingga akhirnya Sub Pop record mengontraknya utk debut albumnya “Within and Without,” yg akan dirilis resmi 12 July 2011.
Asoy berat dah ni album. Vinylnya udah masuk wishlist saya. Buat kamu – kamu yang suka musik2 chillwave, synthpop sound dan lo-fi, coba deh dengerin Within and Without-nya Washed Out.

Hohohoho senangnya hati saya, akhirnya “android mini collectibles series 01″ pesanan saya tiba. Tp kayaknya ini yg KW produk China deh 
Soalnya klo yg ori, udah Sold Out dari tahun lalu. Dan tentunya harganya muahaaal Belinya gak jauh2, dari forum jual beli kaskus.us aje. Ngubek ngubek ngubek, cari yg paling murah. Dapet deh. Order. Bayar. Mudah lah.
Tdnya tu cuma ingin beberapa tipe saja, tp dari 7 tipe yg saya mau, 3 tipe sudah sold out. Trus kata sellernya, klo mau mending 1 set aja (isi 12 -klo yg ori sih dpt 16-). Dijamin dpt semua tipe. Hahahaha entah emang abis beneran, atau memang strategi jualan dia. Akhirnya dah saya bl 1 set yg seri 01 ini. Lumayan murahlah jatohnya klo beli 1 set ini.
Oh iya, ini termasuk urban toy gt kali yak. Didesain oleh Andrew Bell dan Dyzplastic. Klo dari tulisan di boxnya, koleksi ini termasuk ADULT collectible! “this is a work of art, NOT a toy. Sedaaap!
Di postingan ini saya pajang beberapa foto. Box besar series 01 KW isi 12. Baru 1 Android saja yg saya keluarkan dari dus dan bungkusnya. Android ijo yg original. Yg lainnya saya pajang dilain kesempatan.
Hehehehhe akhirnya, Mini Danbo saya ada temennya. Sama2 robot imut2 Yg akur yaak khuhuhuhu. Jgn takut sama tu android2
